1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy a package from FollowersGain on followersgain.co.uk. “We” and “us” mean FollowersGain; “you” means the person placing the order. You can contact us at support@followersgain.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them, along with our refund policy and privacy policy.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or over. You must own the Instagram or TikTok account you name, or have permission to manage or promote it.

3. What we provide

Each package is a one-off service that adds a stated number of followers, likes or views to one public Instagram or TikTok account, post or video. We describe the service honestly on each page. In particular:

  • we don’t claim the followers, likes or views come from real, active or local users;
  • we don’t promise any change in reach, engagement, sales or how the platform treats your account;
  • delivery times on the site are typical times, not guarantees.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars and include everything we charge. Your card provider converts the amount to pounds and may add its own fee. Payment is taken in full when you order, through a secure hosted checkout; we don’t see or store card details. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us the correct username or link. We deliver to exactly what you enter.
  • Keep the account, post or video public and unchanged until delivery is complete, and during the refill period if you want it to apply.
  • Don’t use the service to mislead consumers, for example by making claims about your business based on numbers you’ve bought.
  • Check that buying a package is consistent with any agreement you have with a brand, agency or employer.

6. Platform rules

Instagram and TikTok have their own terms, which discourage or prohibit artificial engagement. They may remove followers, likes or views, or take other action, at their discretion. We have no control over that. We never log in to your account, and we don’t accept liability for decisions the platforms make, except as set out in our refill and refund commitments.

7. Delivery, refills and refunds

Delivery normally begins within minutes of payment and is spread over hours or days, depending on the order size. If numbers drop within 30 days of delivery finishing, we’ll refill the difference free on request. If we can’t deliver all or part of an order, we refund the undelivered part. The refund policy has the detail and forms part of these terms.

8. Your legal rights

If you’re a consumer, you have rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away. In summary, the service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and as described; if it isn’t, you can ask us to put it right or, if we can’t, for some or all of your money back. Your cancellation rights are explained in the refund policy.

9. Our liability

We’re responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything caused by the platforms’ own decisions. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

10. Refusing or cancelling orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we reasonably think it breaks these terms, is fraudulent, or can’t be delivered.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts where you live can also hear a claim. Please email us first if something has gone wrong; most problems are sorted quickly.
