Refund policy
Refunds for anything we don’t deliver, free refills for 30 days, and how your UK cancellation rights apply to a service that starts straight away.
Last updated 19 October 2026
The short version
- If an order never starts, you get a full refund.
- If only part of it can be delivered, you get the undelivered part back.
- If the numbers drop within 30 days of delivery finishing, we refill them free.
- Delivered followers, likes and views can’t be returned, so there’s no refund simply for changing your mind after delivery.
Refunds for undelivered orders
If we can’t deliver an order, or part of it, we refund the undelivered amount to the card you paid with. We’ll tell you by email when that happens. Refunds are made in US dollars, the currency you paid in, so the amount in pounds that reaches your account can differ slightly from what you were charged if the exchange rate has moved.
The 30-day refill
Instagram and TikTok remove accounts and activity they consider inauthentic, so some drop-off is normal. If your count falls within 30 days of delivery finishing, email support@followersgain.co.uk with your order reference (it starts ord_) and we’ll top it back up to the number you paid for, free of charge.
The refill doesn’t apply if the account was made private, the username was changed, or the post or video was deleted, archived or made private, because then we can’t deliver to it.
Your right to cancel
As a UK consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days to cancel a service. Because our service starts as soon as you pay, the checkout asks you to agree to that. This is how the law then works:
- If you cancel before delivery has started, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel while delivery is under way, we stop the order and refund you for the part not yet delivered.
- Once delivery is complete, the right to cancel ends.
To cancel, email support@followersgain.co.uk with your order reference and the words “I want to cancel”. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving your request.
If something’s gone wrong
If the service wasn’t delivered as described, or with reasonable care and skill, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us and we’ll put it right or, if we can’t, refund some or all of what you paid.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. We can usually resolve things faster, and a dispute doesn’t affect your legal rights either way.
